Statesboro Police Department
    KRYSTAL — Police responded to a suspicious incident where an employee reported a scam at the drive-thru window.
    SOCIAL MEDIA — A woman reported being harassed by another via Facebook. She filed a report at the police station.
    RIDGEWOOD DRIVE — A man called police to report his grandmother, who owns the home, wanted a third party to leave due to not contributing financially to the household bills.
    BOOKS-A-MILLION — A man escaped arrest after leaving the store with a Hustler magazine worth $13, which he concealed before leaving.
    KENT STREET — A woman told police her boyfriend hit and kicked her repeatedly. The man was at the scene when police arrived but fled. Warrants for his arrests were to be issued.
Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
    NORTH JACKSON ROAD — A woman told deputies she was awakened by the sound of someone crawling on her floor.  She said she saw a woman, with long hair and wearing shorts, who crawled underneath her bed when she called out for her to leave the house. The complainant fled her home and went to a neighbor’s home to call for help. The neighbor told deputies she saw shadows of what appeared to be a person inside the home and saw the front door close while she and the victim were outside. Deputies checked the home and found only the victim’s dog inside.
    HWY. 25 — A woman said she left a child with the family dog for just a moment, while the dog was eating. She heard a scream and returned to find the victim bleeding, with facial injuries due to a dog bite. The child was taken to the hospital and humane enforcement officers were called to handle the dog, which reportedly had all its proper vaccinations.
    HWY. 46 — A woman reported a man wearing a blue hat and black shorts was standing in her yard yelling obscenities. Deputies did not locate the offender.

Georgia Southern University Police
    Officers issued two traffic citations and no warnings and assisted four motorists.
