    TAHITI TRAIL — A woman said her neighbor stole her Maltese dog and refuses to return it.
    FIRST CHOICE RECOVERY — A woman reported a man acting suspiciously and videotaping the business.
    EAST MAIN STREET — A woman said someone stole a check from her mail box and cashed it.
    SCOTCH PINE AVENUE — A woman reported someone cut and stole 10 feet of phone wire.
    CHANDLER ROAD/LANIER DRIVE — A man was arrested after witnesses saw him exit his car and kick another car.

    Tashanique Mon’a Simmons, 19, Johnson Street — obstruction, hindering the apprehension of a criminal.
    Thomi Elizabeth Whitfield, 28, Lawrenceville Road — battery.

    OAKFIELD DRIVE — (Statesboro) A man reported his dog was found dead and evidence leads him and deputies to believe a stray dog killed the pet.
    KEY AKINS ROAD — (Statesboro) A woman reported a man made unwanted calls to her phone and cursed her.
    WESTBROOK CONDOS — An iPod and tablet computer were stolen from a car.
    EGRET PLACE — (Statesboro) Two men were playing cards when they suddenly started fighting. A woman called deputies for help.
