Arrests
    Andrew Scott Leach, 19, Duluth — DUI under 21 (refused test).
    From Friday to Sunday, troopers issued two seat belt citations, 12 citations and a total of 27 citations.
Incidents
    From Friday to Sunday, troopers investigated 13 crashes with two injuries; stopped 47 vehicles; patrolled 1,367 miles; issued three seat belt warnings, 18 speeding warnings and 37 total warnings; and assisted one motorist.

GEORGIA SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY POLICE
Arrests
    Officers issued five traffic citations from Friday to Sunday.
    Richard P. Johnson Jr., 18, Kite — possession of alcohol under 21 years of age.
  Incidents
    Officers issued seven traffic warnings and assisted five motorists between Friday and Sunday.
    FREEDOM’S LANDING  — A man was studying when someone knocked loudly. He did not answer, and later reported the incident, telling police he thought it was someone trying to rob him. In a separate incident, officers responded to a noise complaint.
    RECREATION ACTIVITY CENTER — A man said someone stole his wallet containing $30 from his bag in the locker room.
    C LOT — Officers discovered an intoxicated person asleep underneath a truck.  
    KENNEDY HALL — Officers responded to a fight where those involved were judicially referred to school officials for disciplinary action.
