    Mario Mendez, 45, U.S. 80 West – driving unlicensed.
    Joey Dean Boyette, 40, Fox Lane, Claxton – simple battery.
    Ladarius Q. Sherrod, 20, Sam Bridge Road, Twin City – probation violation.
    Andreyous Luther Jones, 19, Lank Kennedy Road, Cobbtown – probation violation.
    Sevilla Elfegoi Nieto, 45, U.S. 301 North – theft by shoplifting.
    Carlos Cano, 27, U.S. 80 West —  diving while unlicensed, failure to maintain lane, DUI.
    Charlene D. Stevens, 19, East Grady Street – theft by shoplifting.
    
Bulloch  Sheriff’s Arrests
     Joseph Aaron Bryant, 24, Ponderosa Road, Portal – battery.
    Lavonne Tyrone Addison, 28, Moore Circle, Portal – bench warrant.
    Antonio Vantria Bush, 29, U.S. 301 South – third degree cruelty to children, battery.
    Ricky Marcie Martin, 41, John R. Coleman Road, Register – public intoxication.
    Sara Ann Fountain, 21, Ga. 67 – burglary, theft by receiving stolen property.
    Ozzie Wayne Merrit Jr., 20, Peg Wen Boulevard – burglary.
    John Freddrick Wigand, 26, Jim Futch Road, Pembroke – third degree cruelty to children, simple battery.
    Charles Michael Cochran, 24, Bloomingdale Road, Bloomingdale ­­– no driver’s license, littering, speeding, failure to maintain lane.
    
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
     Troopers issued  52 traffic violation citations between Friday and Sunday.
    
Georgia Southern University Arrests
    Officers issued  one  traffic citation Friday,  and one Saturday.
     Matthew P. Ohlrogge, 20, Copper Beach — underage possession/consumption of alcohol, disorderly conduct and possession of a false ID.
    
Statesboro Police Incidents
    OGEECHEE AREA HOSPICE – A man was arrested after he and his wife argued over keys. He struck her during the argument.
    BERMUDA RUN APARTMENTS – A GPS unit and $3 was stolen from a car.
    ALABASTER PERSONAL CARE HOME – A man said someone stole $5 from his room.
    CAMPUS CROSSING – A woman said four men and a woman cursed her form a third floor balcony and threw eggs at her car.
    DELUXE INN – A woman said a female pushed her in the chest during an argument about rent.
    NORTH EASY STREET – Police responded to a domestic dispute.
    STATESBORO MUNICIPAL COURT  — Police arrested several for probation violations.
    
Bulloch Sheriff’s Incidents
    CAMBRIDGE ROAD – (Statesboro) A man said he heard someone rattle his front door knob. Shortly afterward a neighbor reported the same thing.
    LARRY SMITH MOBILE HOME PARK – (Portal) A woman said her juvenile daughter was unruly and left her home without permission.
    BULLOCH ACADEMY – (Statesboro) A  woman said another woman opened her car door and began cursing at her, accusing her of almost causing a wreck by swerving.
    WOODRUM ROAD SOUTH – (Statesboro) A man reported the theft of a chain saw, reciprocating saw, blower, and orbital sander.
    
Georgia Southern University Incidents
     FRIDAY —  Officers issued one traffic warning, assisted two motorists, assisted one injured person and responded to one alarm.
    SATURDAY – Officers issued one traffic warning and assisted two motorists.
    SUNDAY — Officers assisted one motorist.
    RECREATION ACTIVITY CENTER – Someone reported a stolen cell phone. Also, someone reported a wallet stolen.
    
Georgia State Patrol Incidents
    Troopers issued 56  warnings and investigated  14 crashes  with four  injuries over the weekend. Troopers also assisted  15 motorists and performed  one  road check.
