Statesboro Police Arrests
    Denise Smith, 51, Garfield Street – felony theft by shoplifting, criminal trespass.
    Artavious Markees Ewing, 17, East Jones Avenue – simple battery.
    Gary Len Cooper, 32, Ridgewood Drive – wanted person.
    Manuel Dajui Mendoza, 20, Greenhaven Mobile Home Park – driving without a valid license, no tag.
    Mario Mendez, 45, U.S. 80 West – improperly displayed tag, driving without a license.
    Gamaliel Armando, 22, Fair Road – driving while unlicensed.
    Jose Hernandez Martinez, 33, Camden Street, Metter – seat belt violation (child), driving while unlicensed.
    Erasto Antonio Lopez, 23, Barn Mobile Home Park – driving while unlicensed, seat belt violation.
    Michael Ray Sparks, 27, Dry Branch Village, Register – failure to appear.
    Terrie M. Simms, 49, Shumantown Road, Ellabell – probation violation.
    Sandi Tiffany Myers, 27, Whispering Pines Boulevard – driving with a suspended license, giving false information.
    
Bulloch Sheriff’s Arrests
    Robert Lee Hooper, 28, Georgia Avenue, Hinesville – probation violation.
    
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Troopers issued 12 traffic violation citations Monday.
    
Georgia Southern University Arrests
    No arrests filed.
           
Statesboro Police Incidents
    BELK – A woman shoplifted clothes and cosmetics by stuffing them into shopping bags.
    SUMMIT APARTMENTS – A manager called police after smelling marijuana. Officers smelled it too, but no pot was found. The woman whose apartment smelled suspicious said someone had smoked marijuana n her apartment recently, however.
    LITTLE LOTTS CREEK APARTMENTS – A woman said her son punched a hole in her wall.
    FOXRIDGE APARTMENTS /MCDONALD’S (Archway Drive) – A woman said a man damaged an apartment. The same man also caused a disturbance at McDonald's, and another woman called police to say this same man, from Atlanta, called her and threatened harm to her and others.
    TILLMAN STREET – A woman and man argued over child custody.
    THE AVENUE AT SOUTHERN – A man reported a TV stolen.
    JOHNSON LANE – A man said a woman threatened him.
     MILL CREEK PARK – After a softball game, a woman grabbed another by the arms and screamed at her about the game.
    COLLEGE LANE – Two women argued and one threatened the other with bodily harm.
    STADIUM VIEW APARTMENTS  –  Someone stole shoes, 4100 cash , a BB gun and a lap top computer.
    
Bulloch County Sheriff’s Incidents
    GA. 24 – (Statesboro) A man reported the theft of a utility trailer and weed eater.
    ABACO CIRCLE – (Statesboro) A woman reported her mother missing, but the woman had gone for a walk and gotten lost. She returned later and was fine.
    MAPLE DRIVE – (Statesboro ) A woman said a man struck her in the face.
    HUNTERS POINTE DRIVE – (Statesboro) A man and woman said their son was irate and throwing things. He struck the woman in the head with silverware, struck the man with several items and bit him.  The offender was arrested.
          
Georgia State Patrol Incidents
    Troopers issued 30 warnings , assisted two motorists and investigated three crashes Tuesday.
         
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    Officers assisted three motorists, responded to two alarms and investigated one accident Tuesday.

    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Tuesday:
    Bulloch County Sheriff’s Department-   13 calls.
    Statesboro Police Department- 28  calls.
    University Police Department –  one call.
    Georgia State Patrol – three  calls.
    Candler County Sheriff’s Department  - two calls.
    Evans County Sheriff’s Department –  one call.
    Claxton Police Department – four  calls.

    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Tuesday:
    Statesboro Fire Department – four  calls.
    Bulloch County Volunteer firefighters - three calls.
    Metter Fire Department – two  calls.
    Claxton Rescue – one call.
          
911 EMS Reports
    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Tuesday:
    Bulloch County EMS – two accident calls, a fire call, a rescue call and 13 medical calls.
    Candler County EMS – one fire call and one medical call.
    Evans County EMS –  three medical calls.
    Central 911 dispatchers also routed the following calls Tuesday:  a call to Bulloch County Humane Enforcement and a call to Screven County 911.
