Statesboro Police officers responding to a report of a prowler on Savannah Avenue arrested a man on felony peeping tom charges, said Chief Stan York. Officers responded to the scene and found Kevin C. Hill, 20, Johnson Street, on the complainant's front porch. "Advanced Patrol Officer  Dustin Cross's rapid response to the scene and Det. Ken Scott's investigation resulted in Mr. Hill being arrested and charged with peeping tom," he said. Hill was taken to the Bulloch County Jail where he awaited court proceedings and further action based upon review by his probation officer, he said.
