Macie Alexandria Brannen and Clint Allen Crosby

Pete and Marie Brannen Jr. of Sylvania announce the engagement of their daughter, Macie Alexandria Brannen of Sylvania, to Clint Allen Crosby, son of the late Harold Mitch and the late Brenda Diana Lanier Crosby of Metter.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Wallace and Evelyn P. Scott of Sylvania and the late Pete and Elizabeth Brannen Sr. of Statesboro. Macie is a 2015 graduate of Screven County High School and is employed as an operations support specialist with CORE Credit Union in Statesboro.

The groom-elect is the grandson of the late D.C. and Willie Mae Lanier of Metter and the late Mitch and Inez Crosby of Metter. Clint is a graduate of Metter High School and is now employed as a grade crew foreman with Sikes Brothers Inc. in Cobbtown.

The couple is planning to wed on September 7, 2024, at 5 p.m. at Beaver Creek Plantation in Twin City, Ga.
