This is a photo extracted from surveillance video of a man authorities say has passed fraudulent checks at Walmart stores in Statesboro, Swainsboro and Rincon between January 16th and 18th this year. The suspect used a Claxton routing number and fictitious account numbers, according to Bulloch County Sheriff's Office Investigator Jared Akins.
