Bulloch County Sheriff's investigators are seeking a convicted sex offender who left the area without informing authorities. Johnathon Ta'Byris Newkirk, 25, formerly of Shuman Road, failed to notify sheriff's deputies after he moved from that address, said Bulloch County Sheriff Lynn Anderson. Newkirk was convicted in 2004 of statutory rape.
