Statesboro Police Arrests
    Demetrius Donaldson, 42, Cotton Avenue — failure to appear, open container, cocaine possession, DUI, obstruction.
    Evan Sanches, 18, Cobbtown — driving while unlicensed.
    Jamie Lynn Hall, 19, Sting Ray Court, Guyton — driving with a suspended license, marijuana possession.
    Justosha Shaunareille Cone, 32, Lewis Street  — canceled registration.
    Sara Lucille Scott, 35, Groover Lane — theft by shoplifting.
   
Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests
    Yadira Ines Rankine,  31, Allen Street, Swainsboro — bench warrant.
    Rhonda Ann Rodriguez, 31, Bird Road — financial transaction card fraud, financial transaction card theft, theft by receiving stolen property.
    Harry Kevin Boone, 46, Bennett-Grooms Road, Brooklet — manufacturing marijuana, obstruction, tampering with evidence.
    Matthew Garrett Hersey,, 26, University Pointe Apartments — driving with a  suspended license.
    Bethany Noel Hattaway, 20, Burkhalter Road — pedestrian under the influence, underage possession of alcohol.
   
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Arrests made Friday and Saturday will be published Monday.
     
Georgia Southern University Arrests
    Arrests made over the weekend will be published Tuesday.
      
Statesboro Police Incidents
     FOXRIDGE APARTMENTS — A woman said her husband broke a bathroom window during a dispute.
    GORDON STREET — A man suffered visible injuries requiring EMS attention during a fight.
     EAST GRADY STREET — A woman said her ex-husband is stalking her.
    WEST MAIN STREET — A man said another  man choked him, struck him and slammed him into a wall.
    PEACHTREE STREET — A man was arrested for exposing himself, and had cocaine on his person as well.
    NORTH COLLEGE STREET — A woman said her boyfriend was intoxicated and she wanted him to leave, so she pushed him and bent her finger. He called 911 to report a possible broken finger and broken arm, but the woman suffered none such injury and the man was gone when police arrived.
    SAV-A-LOT — A woman was arrested after trying to steal a bag of cheese.
   
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents
     WIND CHIME ROAD — (Brooklet) A man said his daughter took various items belonging to him while he was incarcerated.
    SIMONS ROAD —(Statesboro) A man reported a CD player taken from his car.
    EGRET PLACE — (Statesboro) A woman told deputies another female sends her threatening messages via computer.
           
Georgia State Patrol Incidents
     Incidents occurring  Friday and Saturday will be published Monday.
   
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    Incidents occurring over the weekend will be published Tuesday.
   
Animal Shelter Reports

    The Statesboro-Bulloch County Animal Shelter reported the following activity for the week of Sept. 15-21:
    Animals received:
    Rural county areas, Bulloch Humane Enforcement  —  23 dogs and seven cats.
    Statesboro city limits, Bulloch Humane Enforcement — 16 dogs and one cat.
    Surrendered by citizens — one dog and five  cats.
    Number in litters surrendered — three puppies and 16 kittens.
    Animals out:
    Shelter adoptions — four dogs and two cats.
    Pets & People adoptions — four dogs.
    Returned to owners — six dogs.
    Euthanized  — 13 dogs and 33 cats.
    Humane Enforcement calls:
    Court summons/citations — four.
    Money collected:
    Adoption fees — $315.
    Surrender fees — $50.
    Returned animal fines — $100.
    Miscellaneous — $6.
