Brian Paul Brannen, 27, Friendship Church Road, Portal - public intoxication, disorderly conduct, open container.

Georgia State Patrol Arrests
Jimmy L. Walker, 48, Solomon Circle - DUI (.179).

Ebril Vilareal, 30, Eagle Walk - rape and burglary.
Robert L. Church, 19, Watson Hall - underage possession/consumption of alcohol and theft by taking.
Jay Orland Hendley Jr., 18, Jasmine Road, Dublin - underage possession/consumption of alcohol and possession of a false I.D.
Officers issued two traffic citations Saturday and five traffic violation citations Sunday.
Statesboro Police Incidents
EAGLE COURT - A man reported the theft of a .45 pistol and a camera.
AMOCO/NORTHSIDE DRIVE EAST - A woman said someone shattered her car window and took her purse.
KMART - A juvenile female was arrested for stealing makeup.
VALLEY WAY - A man and woman argued over fixing supper.
CAMBRIDGE AT SOUTHERN - A man reported the theft of $300 and a box of condoms.
THE POINTE AT SOUTHERN - A man said his ex-girlfriend hit him in the mouth several times. She also damaged items in his bedroom and broke a window.
GEORGIA AVENUE - An officer watched as a man jumped onto a business sign and caused slight damage. He was arrested for public intoxication.
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents
ARCHIE'S WALK - (Statesboro) A woman said she is receiving harassing text messages and calls from her ex-boyfriend.
AKINS CIRCLE EXTENSION - (Brooklet) - A man said someone took a gas can, a reciprocating saw, and a nail gun.
OLD THORN POND ROAD - (Brooklet) A man reported a burglary in which $300 - part of the man's house payment - was taken.
Georgia State Patrol Incidents
Troopers issued 30 warnings, made one emergency relay of blood or medical supplies, and investigated a crash with one reported injury Sunday.
Georgia Southern University Incidents
FRIDAY - Officers issued two traffic warnings, assisted six motorists, assisted one sick person and one injured person, responded to one alarm and investigated one accident.
SATURDAY - Officers issued one traffic warning and assisted two motorists.
SUNDAY - Officers issued 10 traffic warnings, assisted two motorists and investigated one accident.
VEAZEY HALL - A mailbox and nameplate was removed from a door.
COUNSELING CENTER - Somene reported being harassed.
MALECKI/AKINS BLVD. - Someone reported a fight.
AUXILIARY WAREHOUSE - A gate was damaged.
EAGLE VILLAGE - Several items were taken from a vehicle.
PAULSON STADIUM - Several items were taken from vehicles.
