Georgia State Patrol Arrests

Troopers issued the following arrests between Friday and Monday: 32 Friday, 23 Saturday, 40 Sunday and 33 Monday.

Statesboro Police Incidents
ENZONE – A man shoplifted a carton of cigarettes while a woman distracted the clerk.
UNIVERSITY PINES APARTMENTS – A woman said her boyfriend cut her cheek when he struck her.
In a separate incident a complainant said someone stole an iPod and CD player from a vehicle.,
FOXRIDGE APARTMENTS – A woman said a man admitted taking $40 and house keys but refused to return them.
CAMPUS CROSSING – Several vehicles were damaged – windows shattered, other vandalism – and items inside the cars were scattered.
UNIVERSITY PINES – A man said an unknown person punched him in the eye.
MADISON MEADOWS – A woman said her boyfriend hit her several times in front of her juvenile daughter.
EAST GEORGIA REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER – A woman said her children’s father hit her several times in the head during a dispute over the children’s medical bills.
ALLTELL – A man said someone took $5 from his car’s ash tray.

Georgia State Patrol Incidents
FRIDAY _ Troopers issued 68 warnings and assisted four motorists.
SATURDAY – Troopers issued 26 warnings and assisted one motorist.
SUNDAY – Troopers issued 29 warnings and assisted five motorists.
MONDAY – Troopers issued 60 warnings and assisted nine motorists.
During Labor Day weekend troopers investigated 10 crashes with eight reported injuries in the Post 45 region of Evans, Candler and Bulloch counties.
    
Georgia Southern University Incidents
 Officers issued one traffic warning, assisted three motorists, assisted one injured person and investigated one accident Tuesday.
RECREATION ACTIVITY CENTER – Someone reported a bicycle stolen.

    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department- 20 calls.
    Statesboro Police Department- 28 calls.
    University Police Department –  two calls.
    Georgia State Patrol - five calls.

    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Tuesday:
    Bulloch County EMS – two accident calls and 21 medical calls.
    Candler County EMS – one accident call and three medical calls.
    Evans County EMS – one medical call.
    Central 911 dispatchers also routed the following calls day: a call to the Bulloch County Correctional Institute; two calls to Georgia Forestry; three calls to Bulloch County First Responders, two calls to Emanuel County 911 and a call to Jenkins County 911.
