CORRECTION: In Friday's Statesboro Herald, it was published that Edaritha Eason, 50, Pine Street, was charged with theft by deception. The Bulloch County Sheriff's Department confirmed Friday that the information provided to the Herald was incorrect and charges were dropped against Ms. Eason.

PINE STREET — A man and woman argued while he tried to leave, taking his belongings.
HONEST JOHN'S PAWN SHOP — A man told police he took a German Mauser 3006 caliber gun to the hop for repair, but the owner refuses to relinquish it although he told the man the repairs were done.
STATESBORO BOWLING CENTER — A woman said she engaged in a verbal-turned-physical altercation with two other females.

KIWANIS OGEECHEE FAIR — A Bulloch County Sheriff's deputy charged two females with simple battery, disorderly conduct and obstruction because they were engaged in a physical fight.
KEVIN DEAL ROAD — (Statesboro) A man told deputies he and a Sylvania man argued over money one owed the other for a job performed.
POLK ROAD — (Statesboro) Deputies responded to a reported domestic dispute involving simple battery and third degree cruelty to children.
STILSON ROAD — (Stilson) A woman reported a domestic dispute between a grandmother and grandson.
JOSH DEAL ROAD — (Denmark) A man said people were entering vacant houses at Stonebrooke Subdivision.
