Hallie Rith Byrd, 21, Roberta Way – Open container while operating a vehicle, driving under the influence.
Amy Lynn Smith, 19, Deerwood Drive – Underage possession of alcohol.

Statesboro Police Incidents
RUDE RUDYS – A male was causing a disturbance in the parking lot. He was advised to leave the scene, but refuse, and was arrested.
FAIR ROAD – A man was stopped for an expired tag when it was discovered that he had a failure to appear warrant and was arrested.
STATESBORO PLACE – Someone kicked the front door of a persons apartment causing damage to the door. Two days later another person kicked the door, causing even more damage.
MCDONALDS – A man was found asleep in the drive through at McDonalds. He was found to be intoxicated above the legal limit and had a controlled substance in his possession.
STATESBORO PLACE APARTMENTS – The fire department responded to a dumpster fire at the complex.
EAGLE COURT – A woman said the father of her children had been drinking and started a physical altercation. He reportedly was asked to leave then got angry, grabbed the woman by the neck and threw her across the room, damaging some furniture. He was not on scene when officers arrived.

OLD HAPPY ROAD — (Brooklet) A man reported that an ATV was stolen.
Georgia State Patrol Incidents
Troopers issued 24 citations and 32 warnings, assisted three motorists and performed one medical relay.
Georgia Southern University Incidents
OLIFF HALL — a drug complaint was reported.
SOUTHERN COURTYARD — A loud noise complaint was made.
Officers issued two traffic citations and three traffic warnings, responded to three alarms, investigate one traffic accident and assisted five motorists, one sick person and one injured person.
