James Jeffrey Stubbs, 46, Mike Brannen Road, Register — battery (family violence), abuse, neglect, or exploitation of elderly or disabled persons, felony theft by taking, disorderly conduct, obstruction.
Linton Andrew Forrest Harvey, 21, Woodland Drive — probation violation.
Davis Franklin Day, 19, Lanier Drive — probation violation.
Andre Mays Tomlin, 26, Alford Road — burglary, theft by receiving stolen property, theft by deception, theft by taking.

Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents
PECAN GROVE ROAD — (Portal) A woman said she argued with a man she has been dating two years. She just moved back in with him after a two-week separation and argued with him about an employee. The argument was fueled by alcohol, she said.
GOLF CLUB ROAD — (Statesboro) A man reported damage to Southern Links golf course due to someone driving a truck on the greens. The offender drove onto the 15th hole and down the fairway, breaking a tee box and sign.
CLITO ROAD —(Clito) A man told deputies he sold a truck to a man who took the truck, promising to pay later, but never did.
BANKS DAIRY ROAD — (Statesboro) A man reported the theft of an air tank from his barn.
LANGSTON CHAPEL ROAD —(Statesboro) A teacher at a local middle school reported receiving harassing phone calls and terroristic threats from someone calling from a restricted number. She suspects the offender is a student.
In a separate incident, at Langston Chapel Middle School, a juvenile admitted stealing a pair of Nike tennis shoes and was arrested before being turned over to Juvenile Justice, then her father.
MACEDONIA ROAD — (Statesboro) A man said some people were riding four-wheeler on the road and into the ditch in front of his home when he saw one standing front of a locked building on his land. When the offender saw he was spotted he walked away.
PINE INN ESTATES — (Register) Deputies responded to a reported domestic dispute.
FRANKLIN LANE — (Statesboro)A woman reported the theft of an air compressor.
