Statesboro Police Arrests          

            Tyler Clanton Todd, 21, Sunbury Road, Claxton — failure to maintain lane, DUI.

            Joshua James Bushby, 20, George Street, St. Mary's — underage possession of alcohol, public intoxication.

            Brett Justin Mitchell, 22, North Drive, Hampton — speeding, DUI (second offense).

            Debbie M. Rodriguez, 38, South College Street — wanted person, cocaine possession, marijuana possession.

            Demario Jevon Mapp, 22, Bee Bee Road — wanted person.

            Melita Channea Clark, 19, Chandler Road — theft by shoplifting.

            Jamelle Tramaine Bowden, 20, Swallowtail Drive — underage possession of alcohol, DUI under 21, failure to maintain lane, littering.

            Tommie Scott, 37, Raymond Street — suspended registration.

            Shantel Latrice Thomas, 33, Lanier Drive — aggravated assault, giving false information.

            Genaro Mendoza Dajui, 33, Barn Mobile Home Park — driving while unlicensed,         tire violation (defective equipment) and window tint violation.

                       

Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests           

            Nancy Lynn Andersen, 40, Mud Road, Brooklet — criminal trespass.

            Onassis Benitez Cruz, 22, Beasley Road — DUI, no driver's license.

            Ryan Douglas Stab, 24, Lanier Drive — DUI, failure to maintain lane.

            Markyuis Demtrius Curtis, 19, Mallory Street, Sylvania — armed robbery, kidnapping, aggravated assault, terroristic threats, threatening or bribing a witness, probation violation.

                                   

Georgia State Patrol Arrests

            Rodrigo Morales, 26, Hal Sikes Road, Claxton — DUI (.24).

            Jerry Williams, 63, L.D. Anderson Road, Register — DUI (.132).

            Terry Lowery, 26, Kendricks Road, Brooklet — DUI (.157).

            Troopers issued 21 traffic violation citations Sunday.

                                     

Georgia Southern University Arrests

             Officers issued three traffic violation citations Friday and five citations Sunday. 

           

Statesboro Police Incidents      

            GARDEN DISTRICT — A woman reported a navy and cream Honda scooter stolen.

            CARNIVAL/NORTHSIDE DRIVE EAST —  Two men employed by a traveling carnival were involved in an altercation and one man said another struck him.

            SOUTH COLLEGE STREET — A woman said another female struck her and pushed her down a flight of steps over a civil matter.

            WAL-MART — Store detectives stopped a woman after she left the store with clothing she stuffed into a diaper bag and did not pay for.

            SOUTH MULBERRY STREET —  A woman said a juvenile called her cell phone looking for the complainant's cousin. When the complainant told the child she could not reach the cousin, the offender started cursing and has been calling, playing music and cursing.

            LESTER  ROAD — Police responded to a call about two small children unattended. The mother said a roommate left the door open while she was asleep.

            STAMBUK LANE — A man said he was beaten up by a man he knows, but would not tell police the offender's identity nor press charges.

            EAGLES LANDING — A man called police  and reported a neighbor passed out and damaged his door and a grill.

            STADIUM WALK APARTMENTS — A woman reported a burglary, listing an Xbox and laptop computer missing.

            CARVER STREET — A 17-year-old said her juvenile boyfriend choked her and pushed her up against a car.

            SEASONS APARTMENTS — A woman told police her ex-boyfriend grabbed her by the neck and choked her, holding her and tightening his hold on her neck while striking her arms and shoulder.

            MIDTOWN WINE CELLAR —  A man said an employee received a credit on her credit card for $80 but did not return any merchandise.

            ELLIS MEATS — A man saw another man take a propane cylinder from a fork lift.

           

Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents        

            U.S. 80 EAST — (Brooklet) A man told deputies he was doing yard work at his mother's when his son accused him of loosening screws to a door to make it fall. The son became irate when his father denied the deed and began cursing and yelling, prompting his father to call 911.

            LINDSAY COURT — (Statesboro) A woman said she walked into the bathroom where a man was showering and an argument began. He got out of the shower, they both walked into the living room where the argument continued, and he grabbed her by the throat and pushed her over a couch while she was holding her infant child. Another woman present grabbed the child and yelled at the complainant and offender to stop fighting, but the complainant then slapped the man. He retaliated by grabbing her by the  throat and pushing her against a piano. The two both left in separate vehicles but met up again, where the man yelled at her to open the door and struck her window.

            BELL ROAD — (Brooklet) A deputy responding to a call saw two offenders with two trees and three window screens in their vehicle they had taken from another person's property.

           

Georgia State Patrol Incidents  

            Troopers issued 22 warnings, made one emergency relay of blood or medical supplies and assisted five motorists Sunday.

                       

Georgia Southern University Incidents

            FRIDAY — Officers issued two traffic warnings and assisted three motorists.

            SATURDAY — Officers issued five traffic warnings.

            SUNDAY — Officers issued one traffic warning.

            UNIVERSITY VILLAS — A resident reported some items missing from his apartment.

 

911  Law Enforcement Reports

            Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Sunday:

            Bulloch County Sheriff's Department — 16 calls.

            Statesboro Police Department — 27 calls.

            Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — five calls.

            Candler County Sheriff's Department — five calls.

                       

911 Fire Department Reports

            Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Sunday:

            Statesboro Fire Department — two calls.

            Metter Fire Department — two calls.

                       

911 EMS Reports

            Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Sunday:

            Bulloch County EMS — one accident call and 17 medical calls.  

            Candler County EMS — two medical calls. 

            Evans County EMS — one  medical call.   

            Central 911 operators also routed two calls to Georgia Forestry; a call to the Bulloch County coroner; a call to Screven County 911 and a call to Tattnall County 911 .
