Statesboro Police Arrests
    Arrests made Friday and Saturday will be published Monday.
    
Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests
    Arrests made over the weekend will be published Tuesday.

    Arrests made Friday and Saturday will be published Monday.

     Incidents occurring  Friday and Saturday will be published Monday.     
    
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents
     CARRIAGE LANE — (Statesboro) A woman told deputies an unknown person has been leaving her strange messages. When she calls the number back the person answers, then hangs up.
    WOLF PEN LANE — (Register) A man walked home from a bar where he had argued with his wife, who drove home. When he arrived home he discovered she took her belongings and left, and also took a safe that belonged to him containing cash, credit cards, and other personal identification . Deputies spoke with the woman, who was in jail on separate charges, and she said t he safe contained things that belonged to her. She took it because she did not have a key, she said.
    GRIMSHAW LANE — (Brooklet) A woman reported a check for $14,000 stolen.
    CLIPONREKA ROAD — (Clito) A man said his ex-wife stripped appliances, ceiling fans, door knobs and a lock from his home. She also stripped the kitchen cabinet, stove and refrigerator from a shed.    The property is being foreclosed upon and the woman said her bankruptcy attorney told her to take the items.
    WINDING WAY — (Statesboro) A man said a woman harasses him by putting things on her MySpace page about him, and sent a letter to his mother abut being pregnant with his child.

Animal Shelter Reports
    The Statesboro-Bulloch County Animal Shelter reported the following activity for the week of June 16-22 :
    Animals received:
    Rural county areas, Bulloch Humane Enforcement  —  25 dogs and one cat.
    Statesboro city limits, Bulloch Humane Enforcement — nine dogs and a cat.
    Brooklet city limits, Bulloch Humane Enforcement — two dogs.
    Surrendered by citizens — four dogs and six cats.
    Number in litters surrendered — 10 puppies and 35 kittens.
    Animals out:
    Shelter adoptions — eight dogs and three cats.
    Returned to owners — one dog.
    Euthanized from isolation — 11 dogs and 56 cats.
    Euthanized from adoption floor — three dogs and 17 cats.
    Humane Enforcement calls:
    Goat complaints — one.
    Snake complaints — one.
    Buzzard complaints — one.
    Warnings — 13.
    Money collected:
    Adoption fees — $385.
    Surrender fees — $50.
    Returned animal fines — $25.
    Miscellaneous — $5.
