    Deborah Lynn Phipps, 44, Big Pine Road, Garfield — driving with a suspended license, leaving the scene of an accident ( hit and run), canceled registration and DUI (drugs).

    Collins Christopher Morris, 36, Barn Mobile Home Park — simple battery, obstruction, third degree cruelty to children.
    Lee Mitchell, 52, South Mulberry Street — probation violation.
    Taunya Marie Young, 22, Johnson Street — probation violation.    
    Elisha Eylon Branch, 28, Brook Run, Register — battery (family violence).
    Robert Kendrick, 22, Ga. 119, Ellabell — contempt f court.
    Demetrius Alan Wright, 30, Westover Drive — battery (family violence), obstruction, third degree cruelty to children.

Georgia State Patrol Arrests
     Troopers issued 19 traffic violation citations Friday; nine citations Saturday; 30 traffic violation citations Sunday and 15 citations Monday.
    Brett Taylor  Barnes, 25, Trapnell Road — DUI (refused test).
    Stephanie Elaine Cassedy, 31,  Groover Old Mill Road — DUI ( .107)
    Robert Earl Bulduc, 76, address not provided (South Carolina) — DUI (pending test results).
    Kenneth Michael Parker, 60, address not provided (Rincon) — DUI (refused test).
    
Georgia Southern University Arrests
    Officers issued two traffic citations Friday, five traffic citations Saturday and five traffic citations Sunday.
    Marcus Alexander Wilson, 19, Sanford Hall — possession of marijuana.
    Kenneth Taylor Ray, 23, Del Ray Circle, Guyton — DUI, open container violation, failure to maintain lane and seat belt violation.
    Ali Saleh Al-Araji, 19, Campus Crossing — possession of marijuana.

Statesboro Police Incidents    
    WOODLAND APARTMENTS — A woman said a friend spent the night with her, but was gone upon her waking. Two X-box controller and three games were missing as well, she said.
    ROUNDTREE STREET —   A woman called police after a dog jumped on her juvenile daughter. The child was not injured but she called for EMS attention.
    Georgia State Patrol Incidents    
     FRIDAY — Troopers issued 15 warnings, assisted six motorists and investigated two crashes with two reported injuries.
    SATURDAY — Troopers issued four warnings and investigated one crash with no reported injuries.
    SUNDAY — Troopers issued 19 warnings and investigated two accidents with no reported injuries.
    MONDAY — Troopers issued nine warnings, assisted one motorist and investigated two crashes with one reported injury.
    
 Georgia Southern University Incidents
    FRIDAY — Officers issued  four traffic warnings, assisted four motorists, responded to a drug complaint at Sanford Hall and investigated one accident.
    SATURDAY — Officers issued  five traffic warnings, assisted two motorists, assisted one sick person and responded to two alarms.
    SUNDAY —  Officers issued , five traffic warnings, assisted three motorists and investigated one accident.
    MONDAY — Officers issued two traffic warnings, assisted three motorists, responded to a drug complaint at University Villas and responded to two alarms.
    DEAL HALL — A wallet was REPORTED STOLEN.
    UNIVERSITY VILLAS —  An X-Box and video games were reported stolen. Also someone reported a cell phone stolen.
       HENDERSON LIBRARY — A Nintendo DS was taken from the library.
      SOUTHERN COURTYARD — Someone said a door was kicked in.

911  Law Enforcement Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Monday:
    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department — eight calls.
    Statesboro Police Department — 17 calls.
    University Police Department — one call.
    Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — two calls.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department — two calls.
    Claxton Police Department — one call.
        
911 Fire Department Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Monday:
    Statesboro Fire Department — one call.
    Bulloch County Volunteer Firefighters — one call.
        
911 EMS Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Monday:
    Bulloch County EMS — three accident calls and 13  medical calls.   
    Candler County EMS — five  medical calls.  
    Evans County EMS — six medical calls.    
    Central 911 operators also routed two calls to Bulloch County First Responders and two calls to Bulloch Humane Enforcement.
