    Thomas Patrick Todd, 56,  address unavailable (escaped from Bryan County Jail) — aggravated assault, wanted person (Bryan County), kidnapping, false imprisonment, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a sawed-off shotgun, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, burglary, possession of a knife during the commission of a crime, theft by taking firearm.
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
     Jeremy Preston Cash, 19, River Lake Drive, Eatonton — DUI under 21 (.076).
    Joseph A. King,21, Hagan — DUI (refused test).
    Katie Nabb, 26, Edwin Street, Soperton  — DUI (pending test results).
    Troopers issued nine traffic violation citations Monday.
Georgia Southern University Arrests
  Jacob Raymond Keith, 27,  Vidalia — possession of marijuana.
   Eric Paxton Keller, 20,  Scotch Pine Avenue — DUI and stop-sign violation.
   Adam Christopher Waites, 22,  Statesboro Place Apartments — DUI and headlight requirements.
    Patrick A. Dawson, 23, The Woodlands Apartments — DUI, fleeing from an officer, laying drag, failure to maintain lane, and stop-sign violation.
Statesboro Police Incidents   
    GREENBRIAR APARTMENTS — A complainant said someone kicked in a door, damaging the frame, and took $50 from an envelope.
    WAL-MART — A woman said an unknown man grabbed her buttocks.
    LITTLE LOTTS CREEK APARTMENTS — A juvenile told police he was walking with relatives when another juvenile started a fight with him and struck him, causing a bloody nose.        
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents   
    PECAN GROVE — (Portal) Deputies responded to a reported fight and found two men, both with blood on their faces and one with blood on his hands. Both were arrested    without incident, but one man gave a false name to deputies when filling out paperwork and became uncooperative. He was placed in a holding cell until he could sober up and give the correct information.    
Georgia State Patrol Incidents   
    Troopers issued 20 warnings, assisted five motorists and investigated two crashes with no reported injuries Monday.
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    SOUTHERN COURTYARD — Someone reported a debit card and a wallet were taken.
      EAGLE VILLAGE — Someone reported a mirror  broken on a vehicle in the  parking lot.
       RECREATION ACTIVITY CENTER — On two occasions, someone reported a wallet was taken from the building.  
   MAIL CENTER — Someone broke into a post office box.
    LANDRUM CENTER — Someone slashed a tire on a vehicle in the  parking lot.
    WINBURN HALL — Someone reported being harassed in the parking lot.
     RUSSELL UNION — Someone reported a laptop computer was taken from a vehicle in the  parking lot.
  SOUTHERN PINES —  Two people reported wallets were taken from the building.
   Officers issued six traffic warnings, investigated two traffic accidents, assisted seven motorists and one injured person, and responded to one fire alarm Monday.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Monday:
    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department - seven calls.
    Statesboro Police Department — 14 calls.
    University Police Department — one call.
    Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — three calls.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department — one call.
    Claxton Police Department — one call.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Monday:
    Statesboro Fire Department — four calls.
    Bulloch County Volunteer firefighters — five calls.
