Statesboro Police Arrests     
    Kenyon Marcellous O'Neal, 23, Woodland Drive — criminal trespass (domestic violence).
    Jeffrey Lee Jones, 44, Skyline Drive, Lyons — probation violation.
    Donna Lisa Kile, 35, Railroad Street, Oliver — probation violation, bench warrant.
    Justin Emile Wiggins, 17, Country Lane, Brooklet — theft by shoplifting.
    Roger Kyle Butler, 17, NW Ga. 119, Stilson — theft by shoplifting.
    Tye Edwund Gurley, 17, Old Leefield Road, Brooklet — theft by shoplifting.
    Jamila Iesha Blackshear, 19, Lanier Drive — theft by shoplifting.
    John Ean Leon Lee, 22, Old River Road North — driving while unlicensed, seat belt violation.
                    
Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests    
    Billy Joe Stansbury, 35, Emit Grove Road — manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
    Jeremy Franklin Douglas, 20, Hilliard Lane, Brunswick — bench warrant.
    Mario Avendano, 30, George Moore Road — disorderly conduct.
    Kenneth Wayne Dilas, 58, Fernwood Drive, Ellabell — four counts wanted person (Jasper County, SC; Chatham County, Screven County, Estill, SC).
        
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
     Troopers issued 21 traffic violation citations Tuesday.
    Jarelle Hayes, 20, Woodcrest Drive, Albany — DUI (.085).
     Cary L. Taylor, 26, Go Cart Road, Guyton — DUI (.134).
     Christian Freeman,  22, GA. 119 , Brooklet — DUI ( .172)
    Woodrow Hall,  70,  Harllee Boulevard, Florence , SC — DUI ( .100).
             
Georgia Southern University Arrests
      Officers issued one traffic citation Tuesday.
     Peter J. Reimann, 22, Caribe Court — DUI, possession of marijuana and speeding.
      
Statesboro Police Incidents    
    MYRTLE CROSSING — A man said an unknown person used his bank card online.
    NORTHSIDE APARTMENTS — Detectives responded to the hospital regarding a juvenile from the listed address that was injured or ill, and the Department of Family and children services was contacted  as well.
    PATE PLACE APARTMENTS — A woman said her son's father swung at her while she was holding the child.
    HAWTHORNE II — A woman reported a Black Giant Beach Cruiser bicycle stolen.
    WOODLANDS APARTMENTS — A man was arrested after breaking a window during an argument. He also made a report of a Play Station 3 being stolen.
    VARSITY APARTMENTS — A woman said her husband hit her in the nose.
    SEA ISLAND BANK/BRAMPTON AVENUE — A woman who appeared to be "intoxicated on medications" and was soliciting money from businesses was arrested on outstanding warrants.
    
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents    
    HUBERT CHURCH ROAD — (Stilson) A deputy met with a Bulloch County Humane Enforcement officer regarding a call about a dead horse in a barn. There were three living horses at the location as well, which deputies said were "very underfed." A witness told deputies he had fed the horses two rolls of hay over the past two months and that was all the feed he had seen provided  to the horses. The case remains under investigation and charges have not yet been filed.
    MIGHTY MIKE'S HOT STOP/GA. 67 — (Statesboro)  A woman said a man came into the store and demanded all  the money in the cash register, but left when another customer came in.
    ALLEN CIRCLE — (Statesboro) A woman said a man called her daughter's cell phone and threatened to beat her up.
    
Georgia State Patrol Incidents    
     Troopers issued nine warnings and investigated for crashes resulting in two fatalities Tuesday.
        
Georgia Southern University Incidents
      Officers issued  seven traffic warnings, assisted six motorists, responded to one alarm and investigated two accidents Tuesday.
    HENDERSON LIBRARY — Someone reported the theft of a computer monitor.
    UNIVERSITY STORE — Someone reported a case of account fraud.
    SOUTHERN PINES — Two chairs were reportedly taken.
      
911  Law Enforcement Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Tuesday:
    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department — 11 calls.
    Statesboro Police Department — 20 calls.
    University Police Department — one call.
    Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — seven calls.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department —  five calls.
    Portal Police Department — one call.
        
911 Fire Department Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Tuesday:
    Statesboro Fire Department — one call.
    Bulloch County Volunteer Firefighters — four calls.
    Metter Rescue — one call.
    Claxton Fire Department — one call.    
    
911 EMS Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Tuesday:
    Bulloch County EMS — one accident call and 14 medical calls.   
    Candler County EMS — one accident call and four  medical calls.  
    Evans County EMS — one accident call and one medical call.    
    Central 911 operators also routed a call to Tattnall County 911, a call to Bryan County 911 and a call to the Bulloch County Correctional Institute.
