Statesboro Police Arrests    
    Lemarrion Dontez Johnson, 18, South College Street — failure to maintain lane, DUI, leaving the scene of an accident, no insurance, expired tag, driving without a license.
    Devin Lee Cudy, 18, Faith Road, Gaffin, South Carolina — theft by shoplifting.
    Tyrone Albert Tillman, 21, Foxridge Apartments — wanted person, escape.
    Travis Demontae Sneed, 22, Fair Road Apartments — criminal trespass.
    Rameill Trevon Brinson, 20, Chandler Road — aggravated assault.
Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests   
    Elizabeth Ashley White, 20, North Polk Road — first degree cruelty to children.
     Kimberly Dyan Beavers, 25, Dusty Road, Bowman — probation violation.
    Michael Lynn McNeill, 25, Oaklawn Street, Lecanto, Fla. — driving with a suspended or revoked license, failure to maintain lane.
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
     Troopers issued two traffic violation citations Tuesday and two citations for traffic violations Wednesday.
    Marguerite L. Brinson, 39, Banks Dairy Road — DUI (.143).
Georgia Southern University Arrests
      Officers issued one traffic citation Wednesday.
Statesboro Police Incidents   
    WALMART — A man hid a shirt underneath his own and paid for other items, but not the shirt. He was charged with shoplifting.
    DEAL'S MANUFACTURED HOMES — A woman said she paid a man $1,250 to move a mobile home, and was going to pay him the balance when he completed the job. He did not do the job and refuses to repay the money, she said.
    BUTLER HOMES — A woman said a female came to her house claiming to be with Child Protective Services. The complainant became suspicious and called the Bulloch County Department of Family and Children Services, who said they had never heard of the woman.
    EAST JONES AVENUE — Police responded to a domestic dispute where a couple argued about another woman.
    PACKINGHOUSE ROAD — A man said another male threatened to hurt him because of something the complainant had that belonged to the offender. The complainant told police he had no idea what the offender was talking about.
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents   
    NORTH POLK ROAD — (Statesboro) A school bus driver found a two-year-old child in the middle of the road, wearing only a soiled diaper and with no supervision. She said she waited 10 minutes with the child until the mother came out and asked her not to wait for deputies.  Another witness had already called the Department of Family and Children Services, and when the DFCS caseworker arrived, she and the deputy questioned the mother. The mother said she was changing her six-month-old infant's diaper when her three-year-old let her two-year-old out of the house. The caseworker said she had an open case on the woman, and deputies arrested her for cruelty to children.
    PLEASANT LANE — (Statesboro) A woman told deputies her father came to her house intoxicated and began arguing with her. When deputies went to his home and questioned him, he was so intoxicated he could not remember going to his daughter's home, and was inebriated to the point he could not converse with the deputy.
    NEWTON'S MOBILE HOME PARK — (Clito) A woman told deputies she went outside to get her purse from her truck and an unknown person came up from behind her and slammed her head into the truck. All she saw was someone running away.
    GRIMSHAW LANE — (Brooklet) A man reported the theft of a Bass Master boat and homemade trailer.
    PAMELA WAY — (Statesboro) Deputies responded to a Central 911 call about a domestic problem. Two women were arguing over one thinking the other one was trying to throw her out.
    CHANCE'S MOBILE HOME PARK — (Clito) A woman said a man struck her on the cheek during an argument.
    MARIA SORRELL ROAD — (Clito) A woman said another female has been calling her home asking to discuss problems between the complainant's  daughter and two other females, all 16, who are having problems regarding the offender's son (whom the complainant said was not involved in the trouble). The complainant said she told the offender the school was handling the issue but the boy's mother continued to call her.
Georgia State Patrol Incidents   
    TUESDAY — Troopers assisted one motorist and investigated seven crashes with one reported injury.
    WEDNESDAY — Troopers issued 11 warnings and investigated one crash with three reported injuries.
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    No incidents reported.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Wednesday:
    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department - seven calls.
    Statesboro Police Department — 14 calls.
    Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — five calls.
     Candler County Sheriff's Department — two calls.
    Claxton Police — one call.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Wednesday:
