Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents
NORTH POLK ROAD — (Statesboro) A school bus driver found a two-year-old child in the middle of the road, wearing only a soiled diaper and with no supervision. She said she waited 10 minutes with the child until the mother came out and asked her not to wait for deputies.  Another witness had already called the Department of Family and Children Services, and when the DFCS caseworker arrived, she and the deputy questioned the mother. The mother said she was changing her six-month-old infant's diaper when her three-year-old let her two-year-old out of the house. The caseworker said she had an open case on the woman, and deputies arrested her for cruelty to children.
PLEASANT LANE — (Statesboro) A woman told deputies her father came to her house intoxicated and began arguing with her. When deputies went to his home and questioned him, he was so intoxicated he could not remember going to his daughter's home, and was inebriated to the point he could not converse with the deputy.

MARIA SORRELL ROAD — (Clito) A woman said another female has been calling her home asking to discuss problems between the complainant's  daughter and two other females, all 16, who are having problems regarding the offender's son (whom the complainant said was not involved in the trouble).
