    Cecil Marty Graham, 51, Oliver Highway, Newington —  public intoxication.
    Timothy Devon Williams, 33, Pinemount Boulevard — failure to appear.
    Connie Davis, 20, Hunter's Ridge Drive, Lawrenceville — theft by shoplifting.
    Welcome Huff, 56, Pleasant Hill Road, Portal — driving with suspended registration, tag light violation, second offense driving with a suspended license, wanted person.
    Konswaula Swanetra Hamilton, 21, Fair Road — failure to appear ( in court).
    Mealvine Smith, 47, West Main Street — theft by shoplifting.
    Courtney Daniell Howell, 18, Stambuk Lane — theft by shoplifting.
    Timothy Jadon Williams, 22, Mincey Street — wanted person.
    Tavance Taylor, 17, James Street — driving with a suspended license, head light violation.

Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Troopers issued four traffic violation citations Wednesday.
 
Georgia Southern University Arrests
    Officers issued two traffic citations Wednesday.

Statesboro Police Incidents
    HAWTHORNE APARTMENTS — A man said someone took a turquoise bicycle from his vehicle.
    CARMIKE CINEMAS — A man said someone - he suspects a disgruntled ex-girlfriend - poured ice cream all over the seats and window of his Jeep Wrangler.
    WAL-MART — A man said someone took a lap top computer and CD player from his car. In a separate incident, store employees caught a woman shoplifting cosmetics by placing them in her purse.
    MANNY'S GRILL — A man chained his bike while he ate, but returned to find the bike, lock and chain missing.
    SOUTH COLLEGE STREET — A victim reported a burglary, listing clothes, a keyboard and amplifier and TV taken.
    CARMEL DRIVE — A man reported a laptop and router taken from his vehicle.
    TJ MAXX —  A woman was caught shoplifting four pairs of shoes by placing them in a purse.
    GATE/NORTHSIDE DRIVE EAST — A clerk reported a counterfeit $50 bill was taken at the store.
 
Georgia State Patrol Incidents
    Troopers issued 22 warnings and investigated five crashes with one reported injury Wednesday.

Georgia Southern University Incidents
    Officers issued six traffic warnings, assisted nine motorists, assisted one injured person and investigated three accidents Wednesday.

    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Wednesday:
    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department — 14 calls.
    Statesboro Police Department — 23 calls.
    University Police Department — three calls.
    Georgia State Patrol — four calls.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department — six calls.
    Evans County Sheriff's Department — one call.
        
911 Fire Department Reports
    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Wednesday:
    Statesboro Fire Department — one  call.
    Bulloch County Volunteer Firefighters — six calls.
         
911 EMS Reports
    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Wednesday:
    Bulloch County EMS —  one accident call, one fire call and 13 medical calls.
    Candler County EMS — three medical calls.
    Evans County EMS — one accident call and two medical calls.
    Central 911 dispatchers also routed the following calls:  a call to the Georgia Forestry Commission.
