BLACK CREEK CHURCH ROAD — (Brooklet) A man reported the theft of an ATV from a shed.
TROY POLK ROAD —(Portal) A woman said a man took a book bag, jewelry and a leather jacket.
LEYLAND DRIVE — (Statesboro) A woman said someone made a transaction using her bank account without her permission.
ROUGH RIDER ROAD — (Statesboro) A woman reported someone broke into her car and took the gear shift knob.
COUNTY LINE — (U.S. 301 North) Deputies responded to a reported fight at the Ogeechee River bridge, where people were reported to have been blocking traffic. The reporting deputy failed to include additional details in his brief report and did not list whether any arrests were made.
PIONEER TRAIL — (Portal) A man was arrested for battery, underage possession of alcohol and criminal trespass after a fight with his brother.
DEPARTMENT OF FAMILY AND CHILDREN SERVICES — (Statesboro) A woman told deputies her boyfriend argued with her and took her keys while she was at the DFCS office.
ELDORA CEMETERY ROAD — (Ellabell) A man reported someone broke into the Eldora Pennysaver and took Marlboro Lights cigarettes after shattering the glass door.
KYLE SORRELL ROAD — (Clito) A woman called a man at work and told him his wife let another man into her house through the back door. The husband called deputies, who followed him home and saw the offender flee out the back door, leaving his bicycle behind. The complainant's wife told police the offender had just broken in through the front door, but deputies noted the front door was locked and the bicycle had been left in the back yard. The witness who called the husband in the first place told deputies she saw the man's wife let the offender into her home. The complainant told deputies he had been to court with the offender, who was ordered to stay away from his home.
