Statesboro Police Arrests          

            Jerald Watson Barber, 42, Institute Street — carrying a concealed weapon, public intoxication, disorderly conduct.

            Brandon W. Divens, 21, Lanier Drive — marijuana possession.

            Maria Hilaro, 37, Eagle Branch Park — driving while unlicensed.

            James M. Thompson Jr., 19, Juniper Creek Road — underage possession of alcohol.

            Latoya Nicole Brown, 24, Lanier Drive — leaving the scene of an accident/hit and run, following too closely, DUI.

           

Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests           

            David Charles Rushing, 43, Buck Creek Road  —  probation violation.

            Larry Augustus Spell, 39, Bowen Road — simple assault.

            William Daniel Rowell III, 20, Old Waynesboro Road, Waynesboro — probation violation.

            Genaro Carmona, 22, Eagle Walk — DUI, window tint violation, no driver's license, failure to yield to emergency vehicle, bench warrant.

            Melissa McCrary, 42, Burkhalter Road — obstruction.

            Carlos Alberto Rodela, 25, obstruction, aggravated battery.     

            Nicolas Angieies, 24, Bird Road — no driver's license, failure to yield when entering roadway.

            Manuel Jacob Alojado, 34, Railroad Bed Road, Brooklet — aggravated assault, battery.

            Jaclyn Olivia Gaynor, 21, Macon Road, Griffin —         DUI, failure to maintain lane.

            Erin Shawn Marie Bradshaw, 30, Colony Lane, Brooklet — false report of a crime. disorderly conduct.

            Robert Milton Bradshaw, 41, Colony Lane, Brooklet — DUI, endangering a child while DUI,, public intoxication.

            Mary Etta Barber, 54, Institute Street — probation violation.

            Roshaun Jamar Hawkins, 24, Suel Road, Jackson, Alabama — probation violation.

            Shawn Byrd, 34, Forrest Ridge Apartments, Augusta — disorderly conduct, public intoxication, aggravated assault, terroristic threats, criminal attempt to commit arson, second degree criminal damage to property, DUI.

            Pamela Denise Newsome, 40, U.S. 301 South Apartments — probation violation, bench warrant.

           

Georgia State Patrol Arrests

            Billy Stevenson Fowler III, 28, Mixon Road — DUI (.148).

            Troopers issued eight traffic violation citations Saturday and eight citations Sunday.

                                     

Georgia Southern University Arrests

            Sidney Andrew Starnes, 19, White Pines Drive — DUI and driving on the wrong side of the road way.

            FRIDAY — Officers issued two traffic citations.

            SATURDAY — Officers issued two traffic citations.

            SUNDAY — Officers issued one traffic citation.  

                         

Statesboro Police Incidents      

            HERTY DRIVE — A man said his son called him and threatened violence against him and his wife.

            SEA ISLAND BANK/MALL BRANCH — A man said another man forged four checks and cashed them.

            RUM RUNNERS — A woman said another female struck her three times and caused minor injuries to her face and inside of her  mouth.

            COLLEGE PARK UNIVERSITY PINES — A woman said she argued with her mother, who wanted her to move back home.

            JEWEL DRIVE — A  man said juveniles threw a rock, damaging his house.     

            THE LODGE APARTMENTS — Officers arrested a man witnesses said threatened others while carrying a knife.           

           

Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents        

            COUNTRY CLUB ROAD — (Statesboro) A man said someone put sugar in his vehicle gas tank.

            NORTH JACKSON ROAD — (Statesboro) A woman said an unknown person charged a computer on her credit card without her knowledge or permission.

            BELL ROAD — (Brooklet) A woman reported someone took a digital camera from her vehicle.

            WINDING WAY — (Statesboro) A woman said someone entered two vehicles and took a book of checks.

            Another resident of the same street reported a CD case with about 50 CDs and a pair of Oakley sunglasses were taken from her vehicle.

            A third Winding Way resident reported someone took his book bag from his vehicle and left it outside the car.

           

Georgia State Patrol Incidents  

            SATURDAY — Troopers issued 10 warnings, assisted two motorists and investigated four crashes resulting in one fatality.

            SUNDAY — Troopers issued two warnings, assisted four motorists and investigated one crash with no reported injuries.

                       

Georgia Southern University Incidents

            WINBURN HALL — Somene took a  bicycle.

            SOUTHERN COURTYARD/SOUTHERN PINES — Someone reported being harassed.

            SOUTHERN COURTYARD — A domestic disturbance was reported.

            In a separate incident, someone reported terroristic threats.

            FRIDAY — Officers investigated one traffic accident, and assisted four motorists and one injured person.

            SATURDAY — Officers issued one traffic warning, investigated one traffic accident, assisted one motorist, and responded to one alarm.

            SUNDAY — Officers investigated two traffic accidents, assisted two motorists and one sick person, and responded to two alarms.

            Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Saturday:

            Bulloch County Sheriff's Department — 13  calls.

            Statesboro Police Department — 30 calls.

            University Police Department — one call.

            Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — two calls.

            Brooklet Police — three calls.

            Portal Police — one call.

            Candler County Sheriff's Department — 14 calls.

            Evans County Sheriff's Department — four calls.

            Claxton Police Department — one call.

           

            Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Sunday:

            Bulloch County Sheriff's Department — 11 calls.

            Statesboro Police Department — 29  calls.

            University Police Department — one call.

            Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — two calls.

            Brooklet Police — one call.

            Portal Police — one call.

            Candler County Sheriff's Department — four calls.

           

911 Fire Department Reports

            Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Saturday:

            Statesboro Fire Department — one call.

           

            Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Sunday:

            Statesboro Fire Department — three calls.

            Claxton Fire Department — one call.

            Hagan Fire Department — one call.

                       

911 EMS Reports

            Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Saturday:

            Bulloch County EMS — two accident calls, one rescue call and 12 medical calls.  

            Candler County EMS — three medical calls. 

            Evans County EMS — one medical call.   

            Central 911 operators also routed  a call to the Bulloch County coroner's office and a call to Screven County 911 .

           

            Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Sunday:

            Bulloch County EMS — 12 medical calls.  

            Candler County EMS — one medical call. 

            Evans County EMS — two medical calls.   

            Central 911 operators also routed  two calls to Emanuel County 911, a call to Bulloch First Responders and a call to Screven County 911 .
