    Timothy Ray Wise, 46, Woodyard Road, Brooklet — theft of services.
    Ander Lee Marshall, 54, Spring Street — theft by shoplifting.
    Benjamin Edward Donaldson, 35, Rushing Trailer Park — probation violation.
    India Nicole Dennis, 20, Georgia Avenue — marijuana possession with intent to distribute.
    Amanda Louise Tahan, 18, Clifton Road — aggravated assault, reckless conduct, disorderly conduct.

Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Troopers issued 30 traffic violation citations Thursday.
    
Georgia Southern University Arrests
      Joseph Paul Southwell, 26,  Eagle’s Landing Apartments — DUI and headlight requirements.
    Officers issued two traffic citations Thursday.
    
Statesboro Police Incidents   
    SOUTH ZETTEROWER AVENUE — A man reported someone damaged two mail boxes.
    EAGLES LANDING — A man was charged with underage possession of alcohol and noise ordinance violation after police responded to a complaint of a loud party.
    STILES INN — A man called police asking for help with an arm injury. EMS responded and treated the man.
    BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB — A man said a juvenile threatened him.
    COLLEGE PARK UNIVERSITY PINES — A man said someone placed mustard, eggs, and bologna on his vehicle, and it appeared the offenders also smeared feces on his hood.
    PARK PLACE APARTMENTS — A woman said she was involved in a verbal argument with her child's father when her pit bulldog became agitated and bit her. When police arrived the man was gone.
    THE LODGE APARTMENTS — A woman said a man hit her in the face.
    APEX — A man said his ex-girlfriend struck him.

Georgia State Patrol Incidents   
    Troopers issued 19 warnings and assisted one motorist Thursday.
    
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    EAGLE VILLAGE — Someone reported a fight was reported outside of the   clubhouse.
     BUILDING 807 — Several hand tools were reportedly taken.
    Officers issued two traffic citations and five traffic warnings,
 investigated three traffic accidents, and assisted four motorists and
 one sick person Thursday.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Thursday:
    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department - seven calls.
    Statesboro Police Department — 18 calls.
    University Police Department — one call.
    Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — two calls.
     Evans County Sheriff's Department — one call.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Thursday:
    Statesboro Fire Department — three calls.
    Bulloch County Volunteer firefighters — three calls.
    
 EMS Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Thursday:
    Bulloch County EMS — 10 medical calls.   
    Candler County EMS — three  medical call.  
    Evans County EMS — one accident call and two medical calls.    
    Central 911 operators also routed  a call to the Candler County coroner and a call to Bryan County 911.
