Council to hold regular meeting
City officials will meet in City Hall at 9 a.m.

Statesboro City Council will conduct the first of two monthly meetings this morning, when officials convene in City Hall. Councilmen, Mayor Joe Brannen, City Manager Frank Parker and department heads will gather in the second- floor council chambers beginning at 9 a.m. to discuss a short list of agenda items. On tap for council consideration are: a resolution to accept the right-of-way of Gesmon Neville Lane as a public street, a motion to surplus and sell four city work vehicles and a motion to amend portions of the Downtown Statesboro Incentive Program for downtown businesses.
