ä 9TH ANNUAL Willow Hill Heritage Festival and Opening for the Commemoration of 400 years of African American History will be held through Sunday at the Willow Hill School, Willow Hill Road, Portal. Dinner begins at 1 p.m. Cost is $15 for adults, $10 for 12 and under. Free entertainment begins at 3 p.m.
