An attempt to serve a parole violation warrant ended with eight arrests Wednesday after Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office deputies found drugs and drug paraphernalia at a Martin Swinson Road residence. The arrests also led to further charges Thursday after the Statesboro-Bulloch County Crime Suppression Team (CST) executed a search warrant at the address of two of the eight originally charged Wednesday.According to a press release from the sheriff’s office, parole officers called deputies and CST members to 875 Martin Swinson Road to help locate Joseph Carter, 25, Lusan Drive, Ellabelle, who was wanted on a parole violation.
