Mr. and Mrs. Todd Sarratt of Statesboro announce the engagement of their daughter, Taylor Nicole of Statesboro, to Andrew Malcom Porubiansky, son of Mr. and Mrs. David Porubiansky.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of JC and Patsy Sarratt and Duane and the late Donna Zerger. She is a 2012 graduate of Statesboro High School and played soccer and golf for the University of West Georgia, where she graduated in 2016 with a degree in public relations. She is currently working for Carrollton City Schools as a community engagement specialist.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Diane Rafeedie. He graduated from Carrollton High School in 2011 and played golf for the University of West Georgia, where he received a degree in marketing in 2017. He is employed at Furniture House of Carrollton in sales and marketing.

The couple is planning to wed on Feb. 24, 2018, at 5 p.m. in Hiram, Georgia.
