Mr. and Mrs. Robert and Dagmar Rogers of Forsyth, Georgia, announce the engagement of their daughter, Patricia E. Rhoney of Statesboro, to John J. Gleissner, son of Mr. and Mrs. John E. and Anna Gleissner of Statesboro.
    The bride-elect is also the daughter of the late John Rhoney of Metter. She is the granddaughter of Pat and David Rhoney and Renate and the late Karl-Heinz Prasch and Thomas and Gail Rogers. Patricia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Language (German).
    The groom-elect is the grandson of Mrs. Dorothy and the late John A. Gleissner and Ms. Teresa Greaney and Mr. Joseph Wojcicki. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education.
    The couple has planned to wed on April 14, 2012, at 1 p.m. at the St. Matthew’s Catholic Church in Statesboro.
