Jessica Danielle Nobles and Charles W. Brannon Jr.

    Mr. and Mrs. Mitchell E. Nobles of Statesboro, Georgia, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Danielle Nobles, to Charles W. Brannon Jr., son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles W. Brannon of Thomaston, Georgia.
    The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mary Ann Sullivan and the late Robert A. Sullivan of Savannah, Mrs. Barbara Lanier Crosby and Lemuel Crosby of Claxton and the late Richard E. Nobles. She is the great-granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Julian D. Waters of Savannah and the late Mr. and Mrs. Claude Lanier of Statesboro. Danielle graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor’s in Art Education. She is currently employed as an elementary art teacher in Long County.
    The groom-elect is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Solomon Mathews of Thomaston and the late Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Travis Brannon of Thomaston. Charles graduated from the University of Georgia College of Arts and Sciences and the University of Georgia School of Law. He is a lawyer in Statesboro.
    The couple plans to wed on April 14, 2012, at 6 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Statesboro.
