Megan Elizabeth Mobley Christopher Colby Blanchard

       Mr. and Mrs. Ken Rogers and Mr. and Mrs. Gary Mobley of Glennville, Georgia, are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Megan Elizabeth Mobley, to Christopher Colby Blanchard, son of Mr. and Mrs. Christopher Blanchard of Statesboro, Georgia.
       The bride-elect's maternal grandparents are Mrs. Eloise Dasher and the late Mr. Clinton Dasher Sr. and Mr. and Mrs. Jack Rogers and paternal grandparents are Mrs. Mary Mobley and the late Mr. Herbert Mobley and the late Mr. and Mrs. Dan Waters, all of Glennville. Miss Mobley is a 2001 graduate of Tattnall County High School and a 2008 graduate of Georgia Southern University, with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics. She will receive a Master of Business degree in December 2010. She is currently employed as the school nutrition director for the Bulloch County Board of Education.
       The groom-elect's paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Earl Blanchard and maternal grandparents are Dr. Walter Harrison and the late Mrs. Phyllis Harrison, all of Moultrie, Ga. Mr. Blanchard is a 2003 graduate of Statesboro High School and attended Georgia Southern University. He is currently employed as a senior wireless consultant with Alltel Communications in Statesboro.
       The wedding is planned for Saturday, April 2, 2011, at six o'clock in the evening at Statesboro First United Methodist Church.
       No local invitations will be sent. All friends and relatives are invited to attend.
