The wedding plans of Kimberly Ann McMillan and Brantley Rawls Neville have been finalized.
        The event will take place at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 20th, at the First United Methodist Church of Statesboro.
        The bride-elect is the daughter of David Alan McMillan and Donna Becton McMillan, both of Millen.
        The groom-elect's parents are Lt. Col. (Retired) and Mrs. Eugene Ottis Neville Jr. of Statesboro.
        No local invitations have been sent. All friends and relatives of the couple are invited to attend.
