Mr. Billy Lariscy and Mrs. Marie Waters of Sylvania, Georgia, announce the engagement of their daughter, Ms. Hannah Marie Lariscy, to Mr. Brooks William Sammons, son of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Sammons Jr. of Register, Georgia.
    The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Eloise Collins and the late Harry Collins of Sylvania, Perrin and Irma Smith of Waynesboro and Lloyd and Sheila Lariscy of Sylvania. Hannah is a 2008 graduate of Screven County High School. She is currently employed as a manager at The Clubhouse in Statesboro.
    The groom-elect is the grandson of Linda Sammons and the late Carl Sammons Sr. of Register, Ga., Mr. Claude Perry of Grenada, Mississippi, and Mrs. Julie Mixon of Holcomb, Miss. He is the great-grandson of Ms. Odylene Carroll of Grenada, Miss. Brooks is a 2009 graduate of Statesboro High School. He is currently employed as a firefighter with the Statesboro Fire Department.
    The couple has planned to wed on April 21st, 2012, at 2 p.m. at Pulaski Baptist Church.
