Mr. and Mrs. Claude Arthur Howard III of Statesboro announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Kathryn Cecile Howard, to William Glenn Davis Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. William Glenn Davis Sr. of Statesboro. The bride-elect is the maternal granddaughter of Mr. Lloyd Mayhue Jones of Statesboro and the late Betty Ruff Jones and the paternal granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Claude Arthur Howard Jr. of Statesboro. She is a 2008 graduate of Bulloch Academy.
