Mr. and Mrs. Jerry and Ann Hood of Bulloch County announce the engagement of their daughter, Shelby Hood of Bulloch County, to Chase Clifton, also of Bulloch County, and the son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael and Donna Clifton.
    The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Jane Borowsky and the late Anton Borowsky and the late Chester and Edna Hood.
    The groom-elect is the grandson of Sadie Walker and the late Rupert and Earldyne Clifton.
    The couple has planned to wed on Saturday, March 31st, 2012, at Meldrim Woods Plantation.
