Mr. and Mrs. William Clifford Hodges Jr. of Millen, Georgia, announce the engagement of their daughter, Victoria Lee Hodges of Millen, to Walter Hicks “Rocky” Yelton III of Waynesboro, Ga. He is the son of the late Mr. Walter Hicks “Dicky” Yelton Jr. and Mrs. Mary Lively of Waynesboro.
    The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. James E. Moore of Swainsboro, the late Ms. Ann H. Kaufman of St. Simons and the late Mr. and Mrs. William Clifford Hodges Sr. of Millen. She is a 2008 graduate of Edmund Burke Academy. She was a member of Kappa Delta at Georgia Southern University, a member of Kappa Delta Epsilon Honors Society at Augusta State University and will graduate from Augusta State University with a degree in Early Childhood Education in December 2012. She works at Harper Communications in Waynesboro.
    The groom-elect is the grandson of Ms. Kate Baxley of Waynesboro and the late Mr. Robie Baxley and the late Mr. and Mrs. Walter Hicks Yelton Sr. of Waynesboro. He is a 2002 graduate of Edmund Burke Academy and graduated from Georgia Southern University in 2007, with a degree in Construction Management. He is co-owner of Southern Farm Services, LLC.
    The couple has planned to wed on June 23, 2012, at 6:00 in the evening at Botsford Baptist Church in Waynesboro.
