Mr. Bernie Fuller and Ms. Susie Fuller of Cartersville announce the engagement of their daughter, Laura Elaine Fuller, to Jeb Kennedy Brannen, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Emery Brannen of Register.
    The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Tillie Griffin of Gadsden, Ala., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Fuller Sr. of Roanoke, Ala. Laura is a 2006 graduate of Cartersville High School and received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Georgia Southern University in 2010. She is currently employed as a chemist for the City of Statesboro.
    The groom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Kennedy and Mrs. John Ed Brannen and the late John Ed Brannen, all of Register. Jeb is a 2007 graduate of Pinewood Christian Academy and received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Georgia Southern University in 2011. He is employed as a cost estimator for JLOIII Enterprises.
    The couple will wed on Saturday, March 3, at 5:30 p.m. at Gracewood Baptist Church in Statesboro. The reception is to follow at The Belle House.
