Mr. and Mrs. Timothy W. Frawley of Millen, Georgia, and Diane Frawley of Pooler, Georgia, are pleased to announce the forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Victoria Claire Frawley, to Kenneth Evan Brower, son of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Brower of Sylvania, Georgia.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Virginia Brown Dugger and the late Cecil Brown, Al and Shelvy Jean McConnell and the late T.W. Frawley, all of Millen, Georgia. She is a 2009 graduate of Edmund Burke Academy and a 2011 graduate of Ogeechee Technical College with an accounting associates of applied science. Tori is currently employed by Sizemore Inc., as their office manager and payroll specialist.
The groom-elect is the grandson of the late Lee Holmes Brower and Rebena Brower of Sylvania, and Mr. and Mrs. Kenny Collins of Rocky Ford, Georgia. He is a 2005 graduate of Screven County High School and a 2010 graduate of Georgia Southern University. Evan enlisted in the Army after college and graduated top of his class from AIT. While in the Army, he served a tour in Afghanistan from 2011 to 2012 and left the Army after three years as a sergeant and a decorated combat veteran. Evan is now employed by Brower Tire Store Inc., and is the owner of L. Holmes Company. He is an officer in VFW Post 7116, vice president of the GHFF and active in the Screven County Republican Party and Lions Club.
The couple plans to wed on Oct. 14, 2017, at 6 p.m. at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Brower, 1640 Halcyondale Road, Sylvania, GA 30467.
