Mr. and Mrs. Michael Ryan Price

    Catherine Lee Edenfield of Macon, Ga., became the bride of Michael Ryan Price of Warner Robins, Ga., during a 2 p.m. ceremony held at the First United Methodist Church on December 27, 2010. Minister Charles Houston of Darien, Ga., officiated.
    The bride is the daughter of Doy and Cathy Edenfield of Statesboro and is the granddaughter of the late William L. and Joan Fogarty of Savannah, Ga., and the late David Ezekiel and Alma H. Edenfield of Statesboro. Honorary grandparents of the bride are Mrs. Cleo Mallard of Statesboro and Mrs. Pamela Bissonnette of Rome, Ga.
    The groom is the son of Ms. Bonnie Price of Hilton Head, S.C., and Mr. Mark Price of Buford, Ga., and is the grandson of Clark and Jane Deloach of Statesboro and Howard and Miriam Price of Statesboro.
    Music was provided by Pierce Dickens, organist, of Statesboro. Readers during the ceremony were Billy Fogarty of Springfield, Ga., and Carolina Campo Price of Roanoke, Va. Guests were greeted by Katie Kujala of Dallas, Ga.
    Given in marriage by her father and mother, Doy and Cathy Edenfield, the bride wore an A-line gown of champagne silk with a ruched, V-necked bodice and a chapel train. The empire waist was adorned with pearls, crystals and gold embroidery, as were her bridal veil and the bridal comb she wore at the wedding reception. She carried a bouquet of white roses, green hypericum berries and baby's breath.
    Carolyn K. Bryan of Kennesaw, Ga., served as matron of honor, while Kelley Cunningham of Atlanta served as maid of honor. Sarah Price of Statesboro was bridesmaid. The attendants all wore short strapless sateen dresses in chocolate truffle with flattering ruching on the bust and at the waist and a golden satin ruched sash. They all carried bouquets of white roses, green hypericum berries and baby's breath.
    Matt Price of Roanoke, Va., served as best man. Groomsmen were Mark Price of Buford, Ga., and Patrick Edenfield of Statesboro.
    Following the ceremony, the bride's parents hosted a reception at The Beaver House of Statesboro. The three-tiered wedding cake was served by Crystal Sowell Barnes of Suwanee, Ga. The groom's cake was served by Dona Price of Buford, Ga.
    The couple honeymooned at the Snowshoe Mountain Ski Resort in West Virginia and now resides in Macon, Ga.
Parties
    Prior to their nuptials, Catherine Lee Edenfield and Michael Ryan Price were guests of honor at several prenuptial parties.
    Bridal showers were given for the couple in Statesboro, Savannah and Macon by Crystal Sowell Barnes, childhood friend of the bride; Mrs. Cleo Mallard, great-aunt of the bride; Kay E. Anthony, aunt of the bride; Gerri Deal, cousin of the bride; Mildred Ingram, aunt of the bride; Marsha Fogarty, aunt of the bride; Sarah Fogarty, aunt of the bride; and Sarah Jarrell, friend of the bride.
    A Bridal Tea was given by Leila Little at her home on Skidaway Island for the bride, bridesmaids and the hostesses of bridal showers.
The groom's mother and the groom's maternal grandparents hosted a rehearsal dinner on the eve of the wedding in the social hall of the First United Methodist Church.
    The Bridesmaid's Luncheon was hosted by Kay E. Anthony, aunt of the bride; and Diedre Anthony, cousin of the bride.
