Ms. Pamela Gay Durden of Swainsboro, Georgia, and Mr. Dal Dickson Durden of Swainsboro, Georgia, announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Maryanna Bishop Durden, to David Hautman Jones, son of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Franklin Jones of Statesboro.
    The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Mary Gay of Garfield, Georgia, and the late Mr. James C. Gay Sr. and Mrs. LaNelle Durden of Twin City, Georgia, and the late Mr. F. Dickson Durden. Miss Durden is the 2008 salutatorian of Swainsboro High School and will graduate in May 2013 from the University of Georgia College of Pharmacy with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. She is a member of Delta Delta Delta sorority.
    The groom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. David S. Hautman of Albany, Georgia, and Mr. and Mrs. Willis R. Jones of Statesboro, Georgia. Mr. Jones is a 2006 honor graduate of Statesboro High School and will graduate in May 2013 from the University of Georgia College of Pharmacy with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. He is a member of Sigma Chi fraternity.
    The wedding is planned for July 21, 2012, in Statesboro, Georgia.
