Ms. Beth Chancey of Montgomery, Alabama, is pleased to announce the upcoming marriage of her daughter, Rebecca Caroline of Birmingham, Alabama, to John Carl Lee of Birmingham, son of Mr. and Mrs. Chuck Lee of Bay District Community, Bulloch County, Georgia.
    The bride-elect is the daughter of the late Phillip Chancey. She is the granddaughter of the late Wilsie and Walter Vail of Armstrong, Alabama, and Mrs. Frances Chancey of Auburn, Alabama, and the late Wayne Chancey of Union Springs, Alabama. Rebecca is a 2007 graduate of Loveless Academic Magnet Program in Montgomery, Alabama, and is a 2011 graduate of Auburn University with degrees in biomedical science and Spanish. In 2014, Rebecca graduated from the University of Alabama Birmingham with a doctorate of physical therapy. She was affiliated with the Sigma Lambda Chapter of the Kappa Delta Sorority. She is employed in Birmingham by Eskridge and White Physiotherapy as a physical therapist.
    The groom-elect is the grandson of the late Jessie and Ernest Buie of Nevils, Georgia, and the late Irma and C.W. Lee Jr. of Stilson. John is a 2006 graduate of Southeast Bulloch High School and is a 2010 graduate of Auburn University with degrees in accounting and agricultural economics. In 2012, John graduated with a masters of accountancy from Auburn University. He was affiliated with the Gamma Sigma Chapter of the Sigma Chi Fraternity. He is presently employed as a CPA with Warren Averett, LLC in Birmingham.
    The couple has planned to wed on July 25, 2015, at the Auburn United Methodist Church, Founders Chapel in Auburn.
    They will reside in Birm-ingham after the wedding.
