    Mr. and Mrs. Isaac M. Usry of Stapleton announce the engagement of their daughter, Kristie Lee Usry of Wrens, to Glenn Richard Hodges of Statesboro, son of Mrs. Irene Hodges and the late Mr. W.C. Hodges.
    The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Lessie Lloyd and the late Mr. Adolphus Huff of Stapleton and Mr. and Mrs. Littleton Carlyle Usry of Gibson. She is the great-granddaughter of the late Mr. James Hobbs and Mrs. Neely May Harrell Hobbs of Toombs County, the late Mr. Steve Huff and Mrs. Lizzie Dupree Huff of Jefferson County, the late Mr. John Morgan and Mrs. Isabelle Lamb Morgan of Glascock County and the late Mr. John and Mrs. Annie L. Blankenship of Glascock County. Miss Usry is an apartment property manager with W.T. Lamb Investments, Inc., where she manages Northgate Apartments and Oak Lane Villas located in Wrens, Ga.
    The groom-elect is the grandson of the late Mr. Paul and Mrs. Julia Belle Groover and the late Mr. Wade C. Hodges and Mrs. Ophelia Jane Hodges. Mr. Hodges is a 1990 graduate of Statesboro High School. He is the owner/operator of Glenn Hodges Trucking Co.
    The couple has planned to wed on May 10th at 3 p.m. at Friendship Baptist Church.
