Mr. and Mrs. Michael Russell of Statesboro announce the engagement of their daughter, Lindsay Erin Russell of Statesboro, to Dustin Glynn Nail, son of Mr. and Mrs. Buddy Nail of Cobbtown, Georgia.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Delina Brown and the late Walton Brown and the late Joseph and Henrietta Russell. Lindsay is a graduate of Statesboro High School and received a licensed practical nursing degree from Ogeechee Technical College. She then participated in the bridge program from LPN to RN at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College. She is employed at Optim Medical Center-Tattnall as a registered nurse in the operating room.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Mary Franklin and the late Remer Franklin and the late Otis and Gertie Nail. Dustin is a graduate of Tattnall County High School and is a graduate of Ogeechee Tech, where he earned an HVAC degree. He is employed by Dyess Air as a service manager.

The couple is planning to wed on Oct. 6, 2018.
