Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Nash of Brooklet recently celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary at their home. The couple was married on September 20, 1958, at Cathedral of St. John the Baptist in Savannah. Mrs. Nash is the former Peggie Dickerson of Brooklet, daughter of the late Lawrence and Velma Dickerson of Brooklet. Jerry is the son of the late Elizabeth and Theron Nash of Springfield, Mo., and is retired from UPS. The couple has three daughters, Sandy VanDeusen of Monroe, Ga., and Connie Glick and Julie Stokes, both of Brooklet; and five grandchildren, Candice McAlum, Alison VanDeusen, Trevor Alderman, Jud VanDeusen and Hayden Harvey.
