Mr. and Mrs. Eulas S. Brown Jr. of Portal plan to celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary on Monday, January 15. The couple was married on January 15, 1967. They have three children, Tony and Cendra Brown of Statesboro, Paul and Judy Mullins of Baytown, Texas, and Stephen Brown and Deeanna Batchelor of Statesboro; and seven grandchildren.
