ix teams from around the area will converge at Statesboro today for the Ladies Night Out Tournament at SHS.
The Lady Blue Devils (1-0) will host Screven County, Jenkins County, McIntosh County Academy, Lincoln County and Camden County. Every participant advanced to the GHSA state tournament a year ago.
The tournament, sponsored by McDonald’s, Domino’s, Po Jo’s Chevron and Ogeechee Technical College kicks off tonight with MCA facing Camden County at 4 p.m. and SHS taking on JCHS at 5:30 p.m.
Tuesday Camden and Screven will play at 4, Lincoln will face Jenkins at 5:30 and Statesboro draws MCA at 7.
The finale is Wednesday evening, with McIntosh playing LCHS, Jenkins County playing Screven and Statesboro playing Camden County.
Admission is $3.
