BA junior-varsity boys win championship
JV boys win tourney again
STILLMORE The Bulloch Academy junior-varsity boys basketball team won the East Georgia Middle School Conference championship Feb. 4. In the tournament, which was held at David Emanuel Academy, the top-seeded Gators got a first-round bye, crushed Thomas Jefferson Academy, 52-17, in the semifinals and defeated Edmund Burke Academy, 43-27, in the title game. Hunter Perry scored 20 points and Lanier Olliff added 11 points in the Thomas Jefferson game. In the championship game, Brett Thomas scored 17 points, Perry had 12 points and Brian Harrison added 10 points. The championship victory capped an 18-3 season for the Gators.
