Morgan Jones, a senior at Southeast Bulloch, signed a national letter of intent with Presbyterian College to play women’s soccer Tuesday. Presbyterian, which just joined the Big South Conference, will play Division I soccer for the first time this year.
“There are about 1,200 kids (at Presbyterian),” said Morgan. “I wanted a small college that had a great soccer program, and I found it when I went up to Clinton, S.C.”
Morgan is excited about being unique as an SEB soccer player to move up to the next level.
“I am ready to see my potential go as high as it can. I am excited about going to division one because I know it is going to push me," she added.
