STATESBORO, Ga. -- William R. “Billy” Shranko, a devoted husband, brother, son and friend to all, died unexpectedly on Saturday, October 20th, while he and his wife, Melanie, were on an anniversary trip to Greensboro, Ga., for the weekend.
